Chest pain

Does anyone experience pain in their upper left chest, jaws, shoulder, maybe even back. My cardiologist cleared everything and said its not heart and referred me to a gastroenterologist. I wanna know does anyone else experience these similar pains, and also what is your diagnosis.

How to bulk with GERD

Hey if anyone has anything that helps them bulk without triggering their GERD please let me know. Since I’m fairly new to this GERD stuff I’m just curious what I can eat still, while minimizing pain

Recurrent left chest pain after eating that radiates to my jaw/shoulder - ER ruled out heart attack, seeing pediatric cardiologist

Age: 17
Sex: Male
Height: 5’6” (168 cm)
Weight: ~110 lbs (50 kg)
Medications: Famotidine (Pepcid) as directed for possible acid reflux. Omeprazole.
No other regular medications.
Smoking status: Do not smoke, vape, or use recreational drugs.
Previous/current medical issues: No known heart disease or other major medical conditions. I have been dealing with what my doctors think could be acid reflux/GERD recently. I don’t know my family history of heart disease.
Duration/location of complaint: About 2–3 weeks. Pain is mainly in the upper left chest (sometimes I also feel it toward the inner right side of my chest). It often radiates to my jaw, neck, left shoulder, and can be felt in sterum/solar plexus area sometimes.

For the past few weeks I’ve been having recurring episodes of chest pain that seem to happen mostly after eating, laying down, and notice it start few mins after I wake up.

Things I’ve noticed:
It is much more likely to happen after eating.

Lying down makes it worse.

Walking around or being active actually seems to help.

Pressing on my chest doesn’t reproduce the pain, but pressing just below my breastbone (between my upper abs/epigastric area) is tender.

Swallowing food or water does NOT make it worse.

I don’t really get food stuck when I swallow.

I went to the ER because I was worried it was my heart. They did:
EKG (normal)
Blood work (normal)
Chest X-ray (normal)

I have an appointment with a pediatric cardiologist in about 5 days, but the pain has came back everyday even after visiting the ER. while I was at work after eating.

I want to know what could the issue be please. The cardiologist appointment being so far away has not helped at all. If anyone knows please help.
