I saw the memo #U2627-001 regarding the Tuition Freeze across all school units for SY 2026-2027! Dumb question, but do you think it also applies to AGSB?
Normally we have 6% annual increase, does that mean there were also part of it. “across all school units”

Curious lang ako what softwares tools they use in cost estimation?
Assuming, road works. Ano madalas kinocompute nila for diff projects do we still go manual tipong compute the concrete, bakal and all like (width/spacing +1) yung super detailed estimate?
For context, for about 2-3 years sa previous role ko as QS more on may specific rate na kami sa mga concrete/bakal and all so normally volume and linear meter nalang. I just wanna check if manual/fundamentals padin ang pagcompute sa DPWH.
