Hello all!

So I’m looking at getting this game after watching it and skylines 1 on YouTube for a while

One thing that does confuse me is detailing

It interests me, I like the idea of it but how does it work? Like when I see YouTubers detailing by putting a house down or a car park and then putting car props in the spaces, how does that even work? If a house prop is put down does it work like when the game generates buildings? If prop cars are put on parking spaces, can actual cars still drive in and park there?

Sorry if it seems a stupid question I’m just rather confused about it and I hope I’ve made sense with what I’m asking!
