Hey all. So im a night shift (12 hrs) MA working in a hospital with a different schedule each week. I was prescribed spirnolactone for my acne and am not sure when is the best time to take it with my unpredictable schedule and sleep patterns. Can anyone shed some light if they have had this experience and what worked for them.
