Anyone else notice this in Coraline?
So in the opening scene when the Beldam is making the dolls, her wallpaper pattern is chrysanthemums, which represent death, and a mother bird killing her baby bird.
Here's a photo for reference:
This foreshadows the Beldam's plan to lure Coraline in and treat her like a daughter and then kill her, like she did with the other children.
Now look at the scene after Coraline and Wybie throw the Beldam's destroyed hand down the well and it shows the Beldam's hands in the clouds.
See anything familiar on the left hand? Specifically towards the wrist?
