Indisputable sus-ness

I was trying to convince ChatGPT (for no reason at all) that Kohberger wouldn’t have been convicted if he had a trial because of the overwhelming amount of reasonable doubt, and in doing so, I had an epiphany.

In his own words, outlined in the official MPD 010 Supplemental Report, Officer Tesdahl claimed that he and Rosendahl made “several patrols through the area of King and Queen Rd,” and provided a detailed description of their route
which matches the exact path of the suspect vehicle’s path. We have footage from 1112 King Rd camera and we can see that only ONE vehicle follows that route several times, so either Tesdahl lies in his report, or suspect vehicle 1 is in fact the MPD party patrol.

Furthermore:
- 3:16:05 Party patrol (Tesdahl and Rosendahl) released the last of the band field boys and turns off their bodycam
- 3:30:21 First appearance of the “suspect vehicle” - passes 1112 King Rd camera, headlights hit Jack D’s house as they pass around the Queen Rd apartments, then leaves the same way it arrived at 3:33:01
- 3:32:00 The time Tesdahl claims he cleared the band field boys in MPD 010 Supplemental Report
- 3:38:35 Second time suspect vehicle enters the neighborhood, making the same loop and exiting at 3:40.38
- 3:49:00 DoorDash driver arrives
- 3:52:00 The time Tesdahl claims his party patrol shift ends in MPD 010 Supplemental Report
- 3:56:23 Third time suspect vehicle enters the neighborhood, making the same loop as the previous two appearances, leaving the neighborhood at 3:58
- 4:01:00 DoorDash driver leaves
- 4:04:56 Fourth and final time the suspect vehicle enters the neighborhood. It makes the loop but instead of exiting, 1112 camera shows that it attempts to parallel park on King Rd before making a 3 pt turn and heading back toward the 1122 King Rd house
- 4:16:51 Dog starts barking
- 4:19:07 Bethany calls Dylan asking her about the firecracker
- 4:20:28 Dylan calls Bethany and tells her she saw a masked man exiting through the kitchen slider
- 4:20:48 Suspect vehicle is seen speeding away from 1122 King Rd and exiting the neighborhood for the final time
- 5:00:00 The time Tesdahl actually completed his party patrol shift according to the official MPD payroll log obtained by Truth and Transparency.

NOTE: Rosendahl was not officially on duty according to this record which means Rosendahl did not get paid for working the evening of 11/12/2022 and morning of 11/13/2022. There is no official record with MPD of Rosendahl being on duty at this time.

- 1:11 PM Gunderson calls “Jay” and says he called Rosendahl but can’t get a hold of him

Why do we see the suspect vehicle making several rounds as described by Tesdahl in MPD 010, but we don’t see any other vehicles making the same rounds?

If the suspect vehicle was actually the plainclothes party patrol MPD officers, why did they speed out of the neighborhood at 4:21 AM just after Dylan claims to have seen an intruder?

Why didn’t Rosendahl log his overtime hours or why doesn’t MPD have any record of his shift that night/morning?

Why didn’t Rosendahl write a Supplemental Report of his version of events like Tesdahl did?

Why doesn’t Tesdahl’s timeline in MPD 010 match the official MPD shift log?

Why couldn’t Gunderson get a hold of Rosendahl the next afternoon?

At the very least, Rosendahl seems like a much more likely suspect than Kohberger ever did.
