If sinners can regenerate, how does plastic surgery work? Like, if a sinner pays thousands of dollars for plastic surgery, would that go to waste if they were “killed” since they would regenerate? Would the altercations be reversed or would it stay if they were fully healed before needing to regenerate? On another note, would the plastic surgery scars not fully heal or go away if the surgery was performed with tools made of angelic steel? Would using angelic steel for the surgery cause it to be permanent if the sinner was to be “killed” and then regenerate? I know plastic surgery exists in the Hazbin universe, I’m just curious on how it works
