Hello planning to take ECE and wanted to know if hows the experience studying electronics? Dream program ko sya ever since I’m such a nerd with robotics and coding, short background I competed in the Regional and National School Science Fair in the Robotics category and published 2 of my research studies. Robotics has always been passion and I really want to pursue this program to further enhance my knowledge in robotics.

Tho I have seen many post na Electrical is the better choice since mas wide daw ang opportunities and ung mga tinuturo sa ECE meron lang din sa EE. I want to hear your thoughts about the program, any current or graduate ECE students here:))

Planning to take the MPASS later, is ECE in Mapua worth it? Or taking engineering in general? Di kasi ako naka pasa sa program ko sa Green school and planning to take MAPUA kasi its one of the schools that I have been looking up in engineering courses but I’m afraid about the whole experience, I have been reading and researching about the schools experience and most na nakikita ko is hectic and rants about the workload given na quadsem ang MAPUA, the service na binibigay(tho not all), and overall academic journey ng students(nababasa ko mahirap pero manageable).

Heavy workloads aren’t new to me and I have experienced it all the time during JHS and SHS as a STE and STEM student and namamanage ko naman ang workloads and acads ko while being active in extra curricular activities like school organizations, regional and national contest but syempre iba ang college sa High school and this is MAPUA that I’m talking. I want to hear your thoughts about the university itself and naging experience sa MAPUA.

Bonus question: Sa mga gamers dyan nakaka laro paba kayo or nagkaka free time? Scared na baka puro aral nalang ako and hindi ko maenjoy free time ko(kung meron sa MAPUA) Also got me confused sa blended and fully online options nila, how often kayo nag faface to face and online class.

Bonus bonus question: How is the MPASS? Been seeing na madali lang ang entrance exam nila tas for formality lang ang test. But I can’t take that source reliable and mas better parin na maka aral ako at makuha ang program na desired ko:))
