Getting joining letter alongside that i also got a mail for xplore courses. Is it related to upcoming joining ?

I am currently in my final semester and working as a Programmer Analyst Trainee at cognizant.
I also have a offer for tcs digital but i am genuinely feeling so low and demotivated seeing my friends work at companies like wissen, abinbev. Please guide me to how can i be better version of myself to get into a good company and also preparation strategies and how to apply for different roles.
