Prospective technical knowledge versus actual knowledge in drawing?

For the past two years I've been heavily working on prospective and construction although, I'm starting to get a suspicion that even with a fair grasp Construction and prospective rules It does not inherently mean I am able to draw objects well due to the fact of lack of Other fundamentals Is it a misconception that having a good understanding of perspectives means you can draw anything well this mindset came from stuff like drawabox

My personal opinion of the worst art advice for more cynical or Goal focused people

"Maybe art isn't for you" - I hear this all the time said to people who are more nihilistic frustrated, Burned out or any type of less positive feeling Genuinely in my opinion. I think even for these people there should be a chance of hope Even for someone who's purely goal focused, or result based I just genuinely want to lay out the idea that if you've ever been told maybe art isn't for you you aren't broken and you deserve to keep going even if you may be the most Unhealthy mindset as long as you're not in it for money go do art even if you don't love it because I know deep down you can get to where you want to be anyone can.
