Pretty much what the title says, As a top laner what items do you think completely nullify or at least it would be inting not to build against certain champs?

For example if I was against a tryndamere I’m rushing randuins omen 2nd item.

Another example would be wardens mail for urgot.

Is there any other items that completely change a matchup or make it way easier playing ?

Edit : ive seen XPetu use verdant barrier on Shen to make the nocturne matchup more playable, usually when noc ults Shen can’t ult but because of this item he ult whoever nocturne is diving and turn the fight around. These sort of niche interactions are what could really help players improve itemisation.
