Has anyone had luck or any experiences switching to floor beds around 1.5 years? My twins are currently held till they fall asleep while sitting in a rocking chair and then transferred into their crib. It’s now taking a lot longer for them to fall asleep and becoming unsustainable 😅

I am thinking about sleep training my one year old twins soon, but wondering logistically how to go about sleep training in the same room? We don’t have any other rooms or space besides one in our room and I don’t think it would work with sleep training if they can see us. Has anyone successfully trained in the same room and have any tips?
