positive homebirth-turned- hospital birth stories PLEASE! 🤍
FTM here. I risked out of homebirth today due to hitting 42 weeks + having ruptured membranes for 36+ hours with a stalled labor (went into early labor after waters breaking then it fizzled out for 24 hours). Baby is fine and I am fine (yay) but I’m absolutely heartbroken and grieving the birth I’ve spent years imagining.
Trying to shift my mindset and feel positive about this new birth scenario. Positive hospital stories would be so so so appreciated. Bonus if there are any positive induction stories.
Still hoping to go unmedicated and as natural as possible. :)
