Single mom here about to quit because of the $700 out of pocket cost. can someone explain the grey market to me?

My insurance completely denied my coverage so I am forced to pay $700 out of pocket every single month for my script. The financial hit is really starting to stress me out. I feel a massive amount of guilt throwing this much money away on myself when I am a single mom raising kids on one income. It is getting to the point where I legitimately want to just stop taking it completely. The financial burden is way too high and I have constant anxiety that the pharmacy will jack the prices up again and ruin my budget anyway. For anyone else paying out of pocket, how do you justify this cost without feeling guilty all the time?

Are the sources on Instagram ads actually good enough or are they just flashy ads? I keep seeing these Chinese sources popping up in my feed with their WhatsApp linked. I just need some info on them.

I’m in a really muggy climate and my house always feels slightly damp. My current cooling setup drops the temperature to 70 degrees in about ten minutes and then shuts off completely. The air gets cold but the humidity stays trapped inside.

I was told that switching to an inverter driven compressor would fix this because it runs all day on a super low setting. I am looking at a costway 2 to 3 ton variable speed unit right now. I just want to make sure the physics actually make sense before I spend the money. Do those low and slow cycles actually pull enough water out of the air to make the house feel crisp? I am tired of my hardwood floors feeling sticky in July.
