Crawler DLC Bugged

The Greenway HT 500 and Tuz 303 Karelian with blade are locked with no way of purchasing them after the 7.1 update on Xbox.

Oddly the regular Tuz unlocked well before I should have naturally unlocked it allowing me to buy it in Incommunicado. Both versions of the Aramatsu Forester Neo however can be purchased.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the crawler pack and Reclaim DLC but that did not fix it. If there are requirements to unlock them, then the display is bugged and not telling me how.

Crawler DLC Unlock

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but how do you unlock the crawler DLC vehicles on Xbox now?

I saw in the patch notes crawler vehicles are no longer allowed to be purchased from the start, but when I go to them in the shop now it just has the lock symbol with no explanation on how to unlock them.

I have the dlc downloaded, but I haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling if it's just a bug. Before I did though I was wondering what the unlock requirements were first, in case it's just something I have to do at a later mission. I'm currently in Incommunicado.
