Unusual latency in league

Currently i have encounter a weird problem which is my ping will go abt 60 ms in game but actually my wifi line is good. My ping in valorant game goes to 20 30 ms. Btw i have tried dowloaded the cloudfare 1.1.1.1 but to stable it down. Does anyone knows the solution without using it and is it my problem or the server. Im a Malaysian who using Time connector in Sea server. Thank you for yall attention and guidance :))
