Genuinely want to know as I've gotten barely any and maybe once or twice but never heard back from them... I just want a good recruiter to be helpful and useful in giving the proper advice for the role. So yeah asking how do people get that attention - is it your LinkedIn profile? Projects? or just networking and if so how do I get in touch with a recruiter? Thanks

I'm sure we are all aware of how brutal the job market has been.. It's probably myself vs. thousands of other DS post grads fighting for their lives. Specifically, in the London market atm.
First, I'm calling out anyone who can review my CV and tell me what is wrong or missing or just not making me 'hireable'. I've been through millions of edits and have so many CV's taking up storage in my computer rn. Give it to me straight - any feedback would be helpful!
Secondly, I've been applying using every trick in the book, whether that's standard applications, emailing recruiters/hiring manager for the role, connecting with a bunch of random people and messaging them my deepest interest!!! On top of that, I rarely even get responses.. Not sure what else to do.
Also, I don't even know where to position myself anymore as I'm applying to anything where I meet at least 8/10 skills required. I'm not sure if I'm junior or entry or mid-level as you can see I have some prior experience as a QA analyst which was great but left redundant..
Stuff like that, so I keep pushing but here we are. I have had interviews and technical assessments and which I pass when it's a take at home one but I froze in the in-person ones and feel humiliated as I don't know the answers on the spot - when I have a bachelors in CS and masters in DS but I struggled to make solve a OOP or array problem.. Although, I stay composed and honest saying 'I'm stuck' and they obviously reassure me but I know I flunked it..
Also, post unsuccessful interviews throughout this job search journey where I've asked for feedback to improve, I get feedback when not selected like -
'You interviewed well and spoke well and have great skills BUT we went with someone with a bit more client-facing skills'
SO thats me, and would love any advice or support or just HOW TO LAND A JOB ASAP and considering my experience and drive to work what should I be aiming for??
Should I also be doing Leetcode / neetcode as I've seen it a lot and not sure where to start.
