Mostly aimed at the Vinted sellers here (saw a few Vinted posts around so figured I'd ask).

Vinted shows you the payout but nothing about what you actually cleared once you subtract what you paid for the item. I've been doing it in a spreadsheet that's getting out of hand.

I went digging into whether you can just export the data, and the short answer is no. There's no proper export. They have monthly reports but those only show opening and closing balance, which falls apart the second you withdraw anything.

So what are you all using? And for anyone who came over from eBay or Poshmark — is there a tool you miss that just doesn't exist on the Vinted side?

And for anyone using an actual tool: what does it still not do that you wish it did?

Also wondering how people deal with the reporting thresholds. Once you pass 30 sales or €2000 in a year the platform reports you, and at that point knowing your real margin stops being optional. Did that change how carefully anyone tracks, or not really?
