Is Vinted always this quiet in July or is it just me?

Feels like sales have properly slowed down the last couple of weeks. Anyone else noticing it or am I just listing the wrong stuff? Wondering if everyone's on holiday or if there's a summer algorithm change.

Vinted List Processing

Is it just me, or is Vinted suddenly taking too long in processing listings today? I’m just listing the usual clothes that I sell, and it’s never been like this before.

Best Vinted UK + Australia bot with Snipe?

I’m based in Australia and looking to get serious into Vinted reselling on the UK + Australia markets.
I’m looking for the fastest solution possible, whether it’s:

-a paid bot,
-a private Discord/cook group,
-an open-source project,
-or help building my own monitor.

The most important feature for me is Snipe (instant alerts/new listings) so I can beat other buyers.
Does anyone have recommendations for bots, Discord servers, GitHub projects, or any advice?
Especially anything that already supports Australia or the UK + Aus cluster.
Thanks!

Hidden Vinted feature that could be useful one day

Has anyone else downloaded their Vinted account data?
I only recently realised you can request a full copy of your account information, and it’s actually really useful to have.
On mobile:
Profile → Settings → Privacy Settings → Download your data
Vinted will email you a ZIP file that you can extract using your phone’s Files app.
The download can include things such as your messages, listings (active and removed), purchases, sales, transactions, profile information and other account activity. It’s a useful backup to keep for your own records and could help if you ever need to check past activity or discuss an issue with Vinted Support.
I thought I’d share it as I don’t see many people mentioning this feature.

i'm reselling on vinted and made 1700€ in 2-3 months

i'm here to share my experience and make it very honest and realistic
i've started reselling on vinted 2-3months ago and to this day, i've made 1700€ minus the purchases on chinese platforms which should be around 300€?

so it's around 1400€ in 2-3 months, 700€ in one month.

it's not much at all. and i'm not looking forward to be a millionaire or incredibly rich from this, but it definitely covers my complete rent. which is nice for me personally

this is not on fulltime, i'm doing this more as kind of a hobby.

i do think it has the potential to scale. but it’s still real work and not some “get rich quick” business.

share your experience or ask me anything

Vinted banned my Pro account for commercial selling !!?

Has anyone managed to get their Vinted Pro account back after a permanent ban?

I had a Vinted Pro account in the UK with around 900 listings, and about 99% of them were second-hand. Vinted permanently banned my account, saying I had three new-with-tags items left after the warning period. Previously they suspended my account for finding 30 items NWT, in my wardrobe of 900 items !!
What I don’t understand is that the rules refer to “large quantities of brand-new items”, and I don’t see how three items out of 900 counts as a large quantity. I’ve seen people with hundreds of items NWT.

I’ve appealed and even emailed their legal team, but I still haven’t received any real explanation or resolution. On the chat they said that the decision it’s final and blocked me from sending any more messages.

I’ve spent countless hours sourcing these items, photographing them, writing the listings and building my wardrobe. It took a huge amount of time and effort, and now I honestly feel hopeless.

Has anyone been through this and actually managed to get their account back? If so, what did you do?

False Counterfeit Claims Are Hurting Honest Sellers

I am building a documented case to bring widespread, flawed marketplace enforcement to media attention, and I am looking for other affected sellers who are willing to share their experiences.

To be absolutely clear upfront: I am 100% against counterfeit goods. Counterfeits hurt buyers, brands, and legitimate sellers.

The issue I want to expose is something different: legitimate sellers being flagged for “counterfeit” items by automated systems or third-party enforcement, even after providing solid evidence such as official invoices, receipts, internal photos, supplier documents, or other factual proof of authenticity.

Right now, marketplaces are hiding behind third-party brand-protection companies like Corsearch. Valid appeals are brushed off with templates, sellers are sent in circles, and in many cases there is no real human accountability.

For honest sellers, the consequences can be serious:

• Fair listings removed instantly
• Financial loss and disrupted income
• Withheld funds
• Account warnings, restrictions, or bans
• No proper appeal process
• No clear way to have real evidence reviewed

This is not about defending fakes. It is about exposing a broken enforcement system that harms legitimate small businesses, professional sellers, and independent sellers who are trying to operate honestly.

I want the media to see that these are not isolated “glitches.” This is a systemic issue where sellers can provide proof and still be ignored.

If this has happened to you and you want your case included, please send me a DM.

Your privacy will be respected. You can share your story anonymously, and you should redact all personal information before sending screenshots, including names, addresses, usernames, order numbers, and account details.

When contacting me, please include as much of the following as possible:

• Platform involved: Vinted, eBay, Etsy, etc.
• Item or category involved
• Whether you are a private or professional seller
• What proof you provided: invoices, receipts, proof of origin, internal photos, supplier documents, etc.
• Whether Corsearch or another enforcement company was named
• How the platform handled your appeal
• Whether your evidence was reviewed or ignored
• The impact: lost sales, removed listings, withheld funds, account warnings, restrictions, suspension, or damage to your business

Again: we are not defending counterfeit goods. We are demanding basic accountability, human review, and a fair appeal process for honest sellers.

If you have been caught in this crossfire and want to help expose what is happening, comment below or send me a DM.

how do you resell?

new reseller here. I've wanted to ask, how do you get your items, and what works for you? i have ordered from wholesale before, 1 drop didn't sell ANYTHING (it was a tommy clothes) and i feel like i didnt have good items to sell. I have ordered some tops now (since its summer) and i have sold 2 out of 10 and some are fighting for their lives in peoples favorites.

I saw someone on tiktok say that they pick their clothes themselves in charity shops. I tried it, same thing, 1-2 items sold.

what do you prefer? what works best for you, and if you are buying wholesale, which service do you use?

Blocking Users From Your Listing

Hey, I've been wondering if there is anyway I can block an user up to a point where they can't see my products, it seems that blocking normally just stops them from messaging you

Complaining to the ICO for breach of GDPR. If you have been banned please read.

I haven’t been banned (yet) I was wondering if anyone with a banned account has made a complaint to the ICO as Vinted are breaching GDPR rules banning accounts using bots. It must be looked at by humans and it seems very rare that people actually get a human response- or any response.

If the ICO get enough complaints they must be able to look into Vinted - make them change ways and or fine them.
