So earlier this year, I transferred from a part-time position to a full-time position. The part-time floating holiday hours followed me over. BUT, when i asked my sup for clarification, she told me I only have the original 5 hours to use this year. Then next year I will have 8 hours to use. I feel like this is BS because as a now full time employee, I should be getting full-time benefits. I am 100% willing to forfeit the 5 hours. Also, our health coverage is crap 😆

I work in the wellmed side for UHG. I have to complete this survey today. I'm actually doing it now. I am also transferring out starting Monday. I REALLY want to give honest scores because this team I'm in is messed up, and leads and sups are pretty useless. I'll probably just do the neither agree or disagree option. I'm out of here, so why do I care.
