Medical stuff

Hey everyone so i have a really important competitive medical exam coming up that tests more than 15 med school subjects. So its a lot of information to remember and its more of a memory heavy test. It is a multiple choice question type test and the way i perform in this would help me get into further training so its really important for me that i do well. I did some asking around in chatgpt but it suggested me that active recall and spaced repetition is most effective for this exam but i was wondering if i can use stuff like memory palaces etc. i have used memory palace in some places and difficult topics such as remembering nerve courses etc but haven’t used it thoroughly.
Just wanted to ask what would be the best technique to use to maximize my results and memory these 2 months.

26M dating 28F got asked a hypothetical question

I’ve been dating my girlfriend for about 6 months. I’m 26 and she’s 28. I’m currently planning for a possible move abroad for studies, but nothing is finalized yet.

Recently she asked me a hypothetical question: “If you were to move abroad, would you still be with me?”

I told her I’d need to think about it rather than giving an immediate yes or no. My reasoning was that there are a lot of practical factors to consider. It would likely mean a long-distance relationship for at least a few years, possibly longer. I might be able to meet her probably once a year or even longer than that. Based on past experiences, I haven’t enjoyed being in long-distance relationships, especially when there is no clear timeline for seeing each other regularly. There are also uncertainties around visas, whether there would be any realistic way for us to be in the same country eventually, and what our long-term plans would look like.

She seemed surprised/pissed that I couldn’t immediately say yes. From my perspective, I wasn’t rejecting her, I was being honest that I’d need to think through a major life decision and all the possible scenarios before making a commitment.

Was my response reasonable, or should someone in a relationship be able to answer “yes” immediately to a question like that?
