Senior frontend engineer to full stack

Hello,
I am senior frontend engineer in a FAANG and I need to become full stack now due to the changing market and this is sort of expected at my level. Also, I personally feel for my individual growth beyond this point I need to be an expert in full stack designs and development.
I am looking for some suggestions apart from going in coding/reviewing which I am already doing.
I am not well versed with best practices and Gen AI also doesn’t always follow the best of practices.
Are there any books that I should be reading? Or youtube channels that I should follow?

Losing weight with chondromalacia patella

I was recently diagnosed with chondromalacia patella primarily due to being over weight (67 kgs 150 cm) and training heavy in gym.
I now feel totally lost because I can’t train legs. I wasn’t losing weight earlier and now I won’t be able to lose because I can’t go heavy on workout.
Can someone who actually lost weight while in pain suggest how did they do it?

Is it so difficult for women to lose weight

I see so many progress pics of men on this topic but very less of women.
I, 33F have been trying to lose weight since forever and hardly see any improvements. I have taken PT too but instead of losing I am gaining weight and no my clothes are not fitting better.
Also since I am a working mom of 2 years old I am always stressed and have cortisol.
Need suggestions on what to do. Also I manage to have decent diet.
