Need help finding clinical experience!!

Hi guyss. I'm an incoming pre med at ucla starting this fall. What are the best ways of getting clinical experience? I already volunteer at a hospital (mostly js wheelchairing patients) and i want something more hands on and patient oriented. Something that not much pre med students have. But also something that i dont need to pay thousands for to get certified. Thanksss!

Need advice and help finding pre med extracurriculars!!

Hi guys! I'll be starting my first year at UCLA this fall but i will be entering as a junior due to community college credit i've earned while in high school. I am pre med and majoring in neuroscience. I'm stressing on how to build my resume and experience for med school. What are the best ways of doing that and how do I get involved in clinical exposure, research, shadowing, etc. Are there programs offered through UCLA or maybe other nearby hospitals/institutions in the LA area (such as Cedars Sinai)? Also, how could I use my entering academic standing as a junior to benefit me in finding better opportunities? I have all of my GEs out of the way so I would save 2 years. Would that hurt me and limit the amount of time i have to gain experience? Or should I just use those 2 extra years to take it easy academically and allow for extra time to be involved (maybe during junior & senior year)? Any advice would help!! Thankss!

What are the best shoes for walking around campus?

I would like to know what are the best shoes for walking around campus. Shoes that are comfortable and do not leave your feet in pain after a whole day of walking around. I currently where air force 1s, but my feet start to hurt so much after a whole day of being on my feet and walking. I had to start wearing arch supports to prevent some of the pain so shoes with a good amount of cushion and arch support would be the best. Also maybe a shoe that would be the best for walking around and some light jogging? Thanks!
