Tried a few different save files, couldn't get any of the base building items to unlock in the editor, it marks them as unlocked, but ingame, I still have to use point to unlock it in the tech tree

I've set up a dedicated server, people are able to connect to it on a local network, but I can't get anyone to connect on an external one, I've set up port forwarding for the Game Client port, raw UDP and Source query with no luck, any help would be great!
