What causes the aches and pains on Wegovy

I'm on week 5 of .25 shot and noticing some old injuries flaring up. Old fractures, sprains and so on. Is anyone else? Wondering if there is a way to ease these symptoms if anyone has had any luck?

Edited to say: I do take magnesium & vitamins B Complex, C, D, Iron, zinc & probiotics. Also Ginseng & electrolytes.

Irish Pharmacy dispensed Ozempic branded instead of Wegovy, much cheaper!!!

I'm in Ireland, we don't have our own sub so posting here, it may help someone. Last month I started on 0.25 dose of Wegovy and had the prescription sent to nearest Boots because I'd heard it was cheapest. It was €215 for the 4 dose/ month. I asked my local pharmacy for their prices later on and they quoted €199 for the 1st 3 levels 0.25, 0.5 and 1.0 Wegovy. Great!

I went in to the local pharmacy (not Boots) today to pick up my 2nd month prescription, sticking with 0.25. The pharmacist dispensed me Ozempic branded for €133. I queried it and they don't actually stock Wegovy branded. They said its exactly the same and that the doctor prescribed it a certain way that means they can dispense it as Ozempic. I've no problem with that! I'm not going to post the pharmacy or GP details because I don't want to get anyone in trouble. But, it pays to shop around / try small-town pharmacies.

Septic / Percolation Question

We've bought a 200 yr old bungalow to renovate and we're living in it in the meantime. We're just at the drawings stage/ looking for the right architect / engineer. There's a small cement septic tank here likely since the 70s. Its not emptying / percolating. We had it emptied 2 weeks ago and its full again. Sorry if TMI. Looking for advice as to a short-term solution as we'd be replacing it for a larger one when building/ renovations actually get underway. East of Lough Ree / Glasson.
