F32 So tired of this discharge!!
I’ve been dealing with symptoms from the infection for awhile!
I tested positive on December 31st 2025 and went through 2 different rounds of antibiotics. Apparently it cleared with the 2nd which was 21 days of doxy and 5 days of an 5 days of azithromycin. I did 2 tests after 6 weeks of treatment, 1 with Evvy, 1 a month later with wisp. Both negative for all forms of urea. My Evvy test said:

Protective score: 96% — very high.
Disruptive microbes: very low.
Diversity score: 0.2 (low) — but in this context, that’s not a bad finding. With such a high protective score, low diversity generally means a small number of protective Lactobacillus species are dominating rather than lots of competing organisms.
Community State Type: Type 1-A, which Evvy describes as predominantly protective bacteria and the type most strongly associated with protection against vaginal infections.
All of this but I still had ongoing discharge 3-4x a day. I have this white, lotion like discharge that dries up hard and sometimes a little clumpy. It doesn’t have a fish smell but it’s a sour smell and I hate it so much!
I am going to a new gyno this Friday for an annual but the previous gynecologists have absolutely failed me and I’m exhausted. Sex is still good but it doesn’t feel the same maybe because I’m self conscious?
This is the only symptom that hasn’t cleared and it’s taking a toll on me.
I look through all of the subs and no one specifically talks about discharge being their lingering symptom and what they did to get rid of it.
