Low line pressure 700r4

Just rebuilt 700r4 with aux VB. Transgo jr shift kit, vette servo, reverse input drum, sonnax pinless accumulators, sunshell, band, all new seals and o-rings. All the pistons actuated when i airchecked them.

Shifts great until 4th then revs like it's slipping. Psi is 73 on startup. When warm, it drops down to 40psi in D when idling. Jumps up to 90 under load. No change in psi when shifting. M1 and m2 are also 90 under load, which makes me think it's a pump issue. They're pressure controlled directly from the pump right?

Pump wasn't scored up so i reused everything in it. I know I replaced the filter screen. Sticking pressure regulator valve? Snap rings seated and the boost valve moves a little when I press on it. Atsg manual says to grind the regulator valve land flat on 2 spots. The shift kit says to grind it flat all around, which i did. Still has the stock .395 boost valve, should I get .500?

My separater plate is bent up from the old springs hitting it, I already ordered a new one. Idk why i tried reusing the old one. Could definitely be part of the issue.

3-4 clutch pack clearance is .040.

Side note my throttle lever is pretty hard to open up with the TV cable attached. It's adjusted right i triple checked. Opens fine with the cable disconnected. Routing seems ok. I attached a video thinking the TV valve might be sticking but i think that's normal movement.

Hopefully not to confusing, any help would be appreciated. Imma pull the pressure regulator valve and check it out.

Adjusting 700r4 shift linkage

Just put a new transmission in my 1988 chevy k1500. The shift linkage isnt completely lined up with the manual shaft so when i get the linkage on it slips into reverse. Everything's off by one, park is reverse, reverse is neutral... Goes backwards as soon as I start it. When the linkage isn't connected, the parking pawl engages and i went through all the detents, it clicked 6 times. So it's not a issue with the trans internally. I can loosen that bolt on the linkage up by the steering shaft and adjust it correct?

Also would it do any damage for me to drive around like this for a day or two? It's all mechanical so even with the shifter being off sequence with the trans that shouldn't change the psi and shift points right?
