Does anyone else dislike themselves in pic/videos?

went to a tennis thing. took group photo and looks ugly. everyone else looks normal. Took a video of me playing just so I can use that as feedback to work on strokes etc. posture was bad, back of my head there's a bald spot that I didn't noticed (scalp region) my face look mean and uninviting. and then I'm super self conscious because this is almost always someone's first impression of me.

I can't believe I've gone 35+ years not realizing this.

dam I am really intimidated looking (not in a good way) and not as handsome I thought I was even with proper grooming.

Everyone else looks great!

some people just live better lives

I met this friend who unknown to me when I found her insta has 2700 followers!! that is so many real people. she is always friendly and has a bunch of friends, get along with everyone. she works for this big tech firm that makes her a lot of money and keep her well connected. she can afford pretty much anything. she will always have friends to hangout with. she's young, athletic , pretty and just have it good.

she also find time to run, keep her space clean travels a lot.

I just cant fathom her struggling like the rest of us because in my life im a decade older and I'm picking up the pieces
