Received a phone call today from the Airbnb Support number and the person told me that she was calling to help me unlock a new feature on Airbnb whereby hosts can cancel with no cancellation fee if a guest is behaving poorly. She said in order to unlock the feature on my account she needs to verify my account by sending me a text or email with a code. This immediately raised red flags. Has this happened to anyone else?
