Hey everyone,

Over the last 4 months, I’ve gone from 102 kg (225 lbs) to 85 kg (187 lbs).

I’m really happy with the progress, but I’m not at my goal yet. I still have fat to lose before I’m where I want to be.
I’ve never really been into sports or weightlifting, but I’m finally motivated to change that. My goal is to lose the remaining fat while building muscle and completely changing my body composition.

I’ve been using retatrutide at 2.5 mg, and I’ve never gone above that dose.

I’ve seen people mention stacking retatrutide with tesamorelin, but I’m also curious if there are other combinations people use for body recomposition. For those with experience, what combinations have actually worked well for reducing body fat while preserving or gaining muscle?

I’m not looking for a magic solution—I know training, nutrition, and consistency are the foundation. I’m just trying to learn what people with real experience have found effective.

Has anyone here started from a similar position—overweight, never really athletic—and managed to completely transform their physique? I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences, what you would (or wouldn’t) do again, and any advice you’d give someone just starting this next phase.
