It’s been about two weeks and I’ve done the cabbage leaves Cabo cream ice Advil Sudafed etc it’s all seemed to help. Milk supply I believe has dropped significantly only pumping 1-2 times a day and hand expressing the rest as needed. Why does it still feel like I’m extremely engorged but when I go to pump for comfort nothing really comes out???
