How often do you hear or use the word 'undermotivated'?
I checked the word in the Oxford, Cambridge, and Marriam-Webster dictionaries with no success, yet Wiktionary has found an explanation 'Not sufficiently motivated' and cited a New York Times article from 2009 that says "[...] and long conversations among actual, overeducated, undermotivated young folks."
