Hey guys,

Any recommendations for first year engineering electives? Should I go for something that’s easy and interesting? Or something that would at least help me on the second year of engineering even if it’s hard. I intend to specialise on Civil or Chemical.

Currently, I have PHYS102 as an elective but I feel like it’s gonna be too much physics for me in the second semester. The courses I am taking in the second semester are: EMTH119, ENGR102, CHEM111.

Any thoughts or experiences on PROD131, DATA101, STAT101 or MATH120? I was choosing between these four.
