Optumserve ACE Exam
Recently had a medical records ace exam with optumserve. The nurse practitioner asked me questions about my condition but I just talked to my VSO and he said basically that is all she said. She didn’t give a recommendation as to if I should be service connected or not.
Is that normal?

Pretty strong Nexus - still denied
Been trying to service connect my CLL for years. Diagnosed at 42 which is very rare. My oncologist wrote a strong nexus but still denied. Ideas on why?
