YouTube cartoons with questionable sound effects- or is it just me?
Why do so many of the cartoons on Kids YouTube have constant groaning, moaning, whimpering and heavy breathing?
I’ve had to drag my younger two (3 & 5) with me to appointments this week after an injury. Dealing with long wait times, and being partially incapacitated, I got desperate and put Youtube on my phone for them. Generally they don’t watch YouTube unless we’re looking at something specific together (ie. tutorials, animals)
Why the hell do so many of these recommended Baby Shark-esque videos have pornified sound effects? Why the constant moaning and whimpering- for what purpose?
We went through multiple shows with the same thing. Like there was a show with a fish, a sheriff dog (what the hell is that show?!) baby birds, it’s in all of them. Most of them also have pretty questionable themes..
They sound just like my ex’s favourite “cartoons” that he “watches for the plot” 🤔
