June 11 Onboarding Community Members Missing POE Highlights Access?
Is anyone else in the June 11 onboarding community missing access to POE Highlights and the Java Learning Path 2026?
I came across this information from someone, and I've also received DMs from a few people with the same issue. The common pattern seems to be that everyone who didn't receive access to POE Highlights was added to the June 11 onboarding community.
Another thing I noticed is that most of these candidates:
- Received their Offer Letter (OL) in May.
- Are primarily from South India.
I'm trying to figure out if this is just a coincidence or if everyone in the June 11 onboarding community is facing the same issue.

TCS really gave me happiness and depression within 5 seconds. 😭🫠
I saw this email notification and, for one second, I genuinely thought "Finally... my JL is here!" 🥹
I opened it immediately with so much excitement... only to find out it was just a notification about the new AI features/courses released on TCS Xplore. 🫠
I literally experienced sudden happiness followed by instant depression in a matter of seconds. 😭😭

How many candidates are there in one TCS ILP batch? And how many batches run at the same time?
I have a doubt about how TCS ILP training batches are organized.
One of my friends (Ninja candidate) got his JL in June and has already joined ILP training in Chennai. He told me something interesting.
According to him, their ILP batch has around 120 candidates, and only about 20 are Ninja. The remaining 100 are mostly Digital candidates.
He also said there are 4 batches running at the same time in Chennai. If that's true, that would mean around 480 candidates are undergoing ILP training simultaneously at just one center.
Is this how ILP works for all training centers, or is Chennai different?
I also heard that Trivandrum is one of the biggest ILP training centers, and it can accommodate 1,000+ candidates. Can anyone confirm if that's true?
Another thing I've noticed from the recent joining letters is that TCS seems to be focusing more on Prime candidates. Many Prime candidates have received their JLs recently. Even one of my friends who attended the interview with me, got the OL on the same date as me, has now received his JL for Trivandrum.
If Trivandrum is taking a large number of candidates, does that mean they're running a bigger onboarding cycle there?
My friend's ILP duration is 11 weeks. The previous big joining cycle was around June, and now we're seeing another wave in September. Does TCS usually onboard candidates in these large ILP cycles every 10–12 weeks?
Anyone currently in ILP (Chennai, Trivandrum, Hyderabad, Kochi, etc.), please share:
- Which location are you in?
- How many students are in your batch?
- How many batches are running at the same time?
- What's the Digital vs Prime vs Ninja ratio in your ILP?
