It’s Portland leather, but the zipper up top doesn’t match any of the bags online. Any ideas? Sorry for the low picture quality.

I've tried both the health and max health like this

/summon minecraft:villager ~ ~ ~ {Health:1000f,Attributes:[{id:"minecraft:generic.max_health",base:1000f}]}

as well as adding absorption but nothing seems to work
