Major Fail on Turo's part
I rented a car and was plannin a short trip, I sent my info , paid, the app would not allow me to upload. The host was very helpful but upon pick up I sat for 3 hours trying to get it working, I was so frustrated with customer service , I could not start my trip at 930 pm so i asked out of frustration to cancel, I was then told it was my fault and would be charged 70.00 fee. I will be reaching out to the BBB and moving forward with legal proceedings. I was very let down on the entire experiece and do not reccomned this app!!!!
