A few weeks ago I posted about some weird bird nest looking thing north of Dublin and South of San Ramon. I was able to get some pictures of it, but I still can’t figure out what it is. It looks like a satellite dish or a radio tower?
Hi! I keep seeing this weird bird nest looking thing in the hills north of Dublin and south of San Ramon. I don’t know how else to describe it, but it looks odd and out of place. It doesn’t seem to be on any maps either. Does anyone know wth I’m seeing?
Hi everyone! I recently started HRT (Dottie .025). A little background.. I’m 58 years old, diagnosed with stage three DCIS breast cancer in 2012 DCIS stage three going into my lymph nodes. I had eight rounds of high dose chemotherapy, a bilateral mastectomy, six weeks of radiation and lat flap reconstruction. The chemo put me into menopause and I haven’t had a period in 13 years. I have terrible insomnia, and my hair is falling out. I spend half my time in bed because I feel like crap most days. I also have osteoporosis and bone spurs in both my shoulders. I thought that HRT would be the miracle cure for all of this, and I carefully weighed this decision and thought that my quality of life would be much better on HRT, but I’m not convinced it’s working. I’ve spoken with my gynecologist and she raised the dosage to .375, but soon after I’ve been having terrible joint and muscle pain, far worse than before I started the estrogen. I contacted her again and she said I could titrate back down to see if it helps or just stop taking it altogether. I guess I just need some advice as to whether I should continue or not. It’s so frustrating! I know it’s my decision, but it’s hard to make one when I feel so clueless.
