A4 fresher. what happens after training?

I joined Capgemini as an A4 Analyst on 5th August 2026 through an MoU college.

Currently Im doing training at DTP Bangalore. Our AI Launchpad starts from September and should be around 15 days.

Today we were told that after training our location might be changed based on our scores/skills and business requirements.

Im a bit confused because I have also heard that after training we may just be put on bench until we get a project, and that we might stay in the training/base location during that time.

So what actually happens?

Can they change our location immediately after training?

Do scores really affect location, or mainly project allocation?
