What could be the cheapest proper meal?

Not Ramen or snacks, something with carbs, protein and fat and cooking required to call it a meal. I think it's gonna be some kind of pasta or rice with minced meat from aldi

Young adult son

19yo son of mine has adhd, but i find something else symptoms that adhd does not explain.

He has sensory sensitivities - cant go out without noise canceling earbuds, cant stand ENT checkups and dropped out of high school because of noise.

He has weird routines such as walking on right when walking with someone, has to eat with specific utensils shapes.

He also hates changes, such as moving we moved when he was 10 and he cried for a year.

He has very limited friendship, he finds small talking exhausting and has only 1 close friends who likes birds and goes birdwatching with.

He used to be obsessed with pokemon numbers and types as a kid, but as he grew up he moved to bird especially parrots.

He also fidgets a lot but i think could be adhd. He kinda lacks eye contact but not very severe.

I think he just laughs when he doesn't know how to react in that situation, such as niche jokes and unexpected situation.

But he had no development delay and that is confusing me. He can function as a normal adult but these symptoms tell some possibilities that I am not aware of. I want to know if its worth seeing neurodivergent psycharist and seek diagnosis, if it applies.
