Being a 40k player, when I first picked up mtg 6 months ago, I thought reading the rules would be no big thing. Then, I opend up a 309 page pdf.

My friends and I have been playing commander seemingly just fine, using the basic "How to play" guide on mtg's website. Whenever we have a rules interaction question, we just look it up.

However, I'll see shorts where creators run through seemingly nich/unintuitive stack interactions, and I cant help but wonder - "how many players would actually play this correctly?"

So out of curiosity, have you read the full rules? If not how have you learned to play?
