FSD Frustration Vent

I bought my model 3 7 years ago. Back then people still came over in parking lots just to get a look inside. 🤣 I paid $10,000 for FSD and it didn't even exist yet. It was over a year before it became a reality and was installed. And it was scary as hell!! But I used it as often as I felt it was safe to give them the data they needed to make improvements. When they decided to upgrade the hardware, we were told those of us that purchased it would get free upgrades - never happened. Now I have the FSD Lite and it is amazing - thank you! So, I paid $10,000 7 years ago for the privilege to help them develop it and I have had a real world working, usable version for about 6 months. Now I'm told if I purchase a new car, it goes away. What!! You said I owned it for life! Without those of us early believers, it wouldn't be what it is today. They say, "We have specials, just watch for them." It shouldn't be on your schedule; I should be able to transfer it any time. I LOVE the car and I hate to think I wouldn't be driving one, but I just don't know if I can let a company treat me this way. 😒

What happened to Starlink customer support?!

We use Starlink for camping and this past weekend set it up and reactivated the account like always. I did not have the 50 GB plan we normally use so had to go with the 100 GB plan. In about 27 hours I got a notice that we had used up our 100 GB. WHAT?! There is NO WAY! We've never used the 50 GB we normally get. I went to our cell backup and in the last 12 hours used less than 3 GB. Yes, we did stream some on a firestick, but we would have to have been streaming UHD for the whole time to have used that much. Plus, we streamed on the cell service too and it was normal. Opened a ticket and the response I got was about a rate increase coming up and then it was marked "Resolved". Did anyone even READ it? Also, the standby we always were on was $5/month and when I put it back on it, it jumped to $10/month. I have been a Starlink supporter, but I am very disappointed.
