We’re a Tier 4 store and tomorrow only 1 tech + 1 pharmacist are opening, with no closers scheduled for pharmacy at all. We’re trying to find coverage and Store Manager is aware. RXOM is on PTO and forgot to mention the gap beforehand.
If coverage falls through, what are the usual options? Reduced hours or early closure?
Front end associate missed scanning the 2nd leaflet on a C2 pickup. Patient had two C2s ready but only got charged for one, so he basically underpaid (it’s like ~$4 difference).
We caught it later and reached out to the patient. He said he’d come back and pay, but never showed. We’ve called multiple times and even left a voicemail—still nothing.
At this point, it’s a small amount, but still a controlled substance + process miss. How would you all handle this? Just write it off and coach the team, or keep trying to collect?
