I’m not licensed to sell real estate in Florida however this condo seller asked for some tough love. So I gave him a lesson in how to get sold on Zillow and how to go beyond the “3 Ps” of typical, average real estate sales:

1. Put a sign out
2. Place the property in MLS
3. Pray that it sells
