We have been having a tough time getting our Verizon bill settled after switching to att. Verizon charged us the full amount remaining on our lines and att told us to upload the bill to att. com/ switcherpay to get it sorted only to find out the website is down. Att said it will be down until June 1, maybe longer. They said even if I went in person they can’t help me because the website is down. They said this is a company wide issue at the moment. Is this true?
