Hemlock or “butterfly fennel”
I was in the “pollinator garden” at the zoo and my 2 year old ripped some leaves off this plant, which I immediately suspected was a poison hemlock. I washed her hands/arms and face at the petting zoo area immediately after and I let a crew member know but they radioed their “expert” who insists it’s “butterfly fennel”. Am I trippin?
