





So I started on 21/3/25 weighing in at 30st 4. BMI 69
Today I weigh 14st 2.6 or 198.6lb BMI 32
I could not be happier with my body and my fitness at the minute. Although exercise isn’t essential to weight loss, it is for cardiovascular health etc so has been a very important tool for me on my journey of just over 13months.
Clothing: I’m wearing Small hoody, small jacket, small bottoms and 32w shorts (which are loose and need a belt).
I was wearing 5xl (Jacamo so v generous) and 54w trousers at work there, worried I was out growing them with nowhere left to go size wise on the Jacamo website.
Destination: overweight next! Let’s do this!!!
