Bars w/ little to no cover fee?

Hey guys,

Little new to the area, but I’m looking for some bars or clubs with little to no cover fee. I wanna out without breaking my wallet from cover fees.

Any bars on certain days/times that charge lower or no cover fee at all?

College Park at Midtown, what’s it’s like?

Hey guys,

I’m gonna be moving into College Park in August. I haven’t been able to visit the apartment due to my summer classes over in Cali.

I got a 1 bed 1 bath at the Central Place floor plan. Can anybody tell me what it’s like over there? I’m not gonna bring a lot of stuff, but I did sign a 1 year lease for now. My plan is that if I end up not liking it, I’ll move to another apartment complex after my lease ends.

Can anybody tell me what it’s like? How responsive are they? Am I cooked with my specific floor plan? What are things to watch out for?

Question about College Park at Midtown Central Place 1 bed 1 bath

Hey guys.

I’m an incoming student at UF for grad school and I just got an apartment for $995. I wanted to know what are your guy’s average utilities cost (including wifi since I know that’s also not included). My monthly income is around $2200 a month and I’m planning to not bring my car. This is what my cost of living is looking like (from my estimate).

Rent - 995
Electricity - 100
Waste - 45
Water - 45
Internet - 55
Tax - 26
Entertainment - 40
Misc - 100
Renter insurance - 15
Health insurance (GatorGradCare) - 13
Grocery - 300
Phone - 30

Is it feasible?
