Im currently eyeing a condo in the development phase, and the one unit left for me is on the second highest floor. I feel like I am very pleased with the layout, the direction the unit faces, the facilities etc BUT the gripe i have is the fact that it is on the second highest floor, and the fact that my parking spaces are on level 4 out of 7 floors (and its the type with 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b etc).

Those of you that have been staying in higher floors of a condo for a while, what are your thoughts? Will the lift-waiting drive me crazy? Will there be water leakage concerns? Are thunderstorms scary?
